Upon inspection of the above grand piano, as a professional piano tuner and technician of forty seven years experience, I have found the following:

This piano is in excellent playing condition. All of the components are in like new condition due to the piano having been played very little. This piano is in virtually brand new condition. The piano was designed and scaled by the famous Steinway technician. Mr. Promberger adding to the value as few of these pianos were made. The cabinet is in beautiful condition with a satin clear finish showing the wood grain. The tone quality is outstanding in every area with a large booming bass and a crystal clear tenor and treble that sings. This is a fantastic piano that will last a life time, don’t pass this one up as they are rare to find in this perfect condition.

Having inspected this fine piano myself, a piano tech with 50 years exp, I find it to be a most beautiful and well made upright piano, top of the line with that old world craftsmanship inside and out. It has a fantastic tone quality which is hard to find in the newer pianos of today. The cabinet is absolutely gorgeous and in wonderful condition. The piano's structure is in excellent condition, ie, no cracks in the sound board, bridges excellent, harp excellent, tight tuning pins and up to pitch. The inside workings of the action and strings and keys are in excellent condition needing only some regular replacement of the normal worn parts on a piano this age. The Chase piano has a very good reputation made along with the Lester owned Co and operated by the famous Aeolian American Piano Co that is famous for their fine pianos. This nice and rare a piano is hard to find in this nice a condition  anymore, quality throughout, a real acoustic piano well worth the asking  price. You will not be disappointed with this one for years to come.

This A.B. Chase built in 1907, upright piano is a fine example of old world craftsmanship at it's finest. The piano is made of a most beautiful fire flame pattern of Burl Walnut and is in beautiful condition. The cabinet is of an unusual bold and artistic design, making it equivalent to a small grand piano, calling this an upright grand piano. These pianos are becoming harder to find due to there size and incredible sound and musical scale, and of course, the beauty of a piano you can not buy new today. This beats any new piano in richness of tone quality.

The sound board is in excellent condition as are the bridges, key bed, key frame, keys, plate, strings, action. The piano is in excellent condition to perform a partial restoration or complete, depending on your discretion. A piano well worth investing in to only have a magnificent piano for the advanced classical player or student, it will perform and keep right up with either player and beyond what is demanded of it performance wise.
